The problem

Most songthaews, campus shuttles and local buses have no live location. People just wait and guess.

What we built

1. 01

   Designed the GPS + 4G board and wrote firmware that signs every position with HMAC so nobody can fake data

2. 02

   Built a mobile web map with live moving vehicles, rail, boats and shuttles in one place

3. 03

   ETA per stop learned from real road speeds, plus a multi-mode journey planner

4. 04

   Connected to the KMITL shuttle fleet through a partner API, running daily
